This place impressed me. The staff, charge nurses and resources are amazing here. Pysix, Cerner and Alaris pump with great range of supplies. The Dr's are helpful and great to work with . The acuity isn't level 1 stuff but good range of patients. Sepsis, DKAs, ODs, HF, etc.

Cost of living seemed high although I had an arrangement with Bestwestern in the area for fixed monthly rate.

Traveler friendly unit, organized, great core staff, good intensivists ATC, nice mix of patients, great location, perfect summer weather, affordable housing choices, self-scheduling.

Usually pay a little lower than most

Traveler friendly, good ratios, great scheduling, decent providers, Uses tiger text to communicate with most doctors. Plenty of hiking activities. Close to Sedona, Flagstaff and Phoenix. 5:1 Med/tele and 3:1 PCU.

Cost of living is High, roughly $2000-2500 for your own private space. Float between East and West Campus, 25 minutes apart, west will likely be where you spend 75% of your shifts so pick your housing accordingly.
