I worked with many dedicated coworkers who genuinely cared about patients and supported one another. Compensation and benefits were generally competitive, albeit costly for the market. However, workload expectations could be unrealistic, priorities shifted frequently, and performance expectations were not always clear or consistently applied. Communication and support from leadership varied, which affected trust, teamwork, and job satisfaction. Employee concerns were not always handled transparently or resolved in a way that inspired confidence. The organization has a meaningful mission and many capable employees, but it would benefit from clearer expectations, realistic workloads, consistent management practices, stronger accountability, and more responsive handling of workplace concerns.
