You will:
Under the direction of the Diagnostic Radiology Manager, performs routine radiographic procedures on patients of all age groups at the technical level which does not require supervision.
Coordinate departmental patient flow activities as needed.
Provide coverage as needed for the Endoscopy suite.
You need:
High School diploma
2 years Accredited Radiological Technology Education.
2 years of relevant experience (preferred).
NYS General Radiography license and ARRT certification.

Hours:

Hours/days with a focus on weekends; day, night, and overnight shifts available.   

Pay Range: $47.00-$50.00/hr.

Role Overview:

Perform all PET/CT, Nuclear Medicine and diagnostic CT procedures with minimal supervision on adult and pediatric patients as directed by a Nuclear Medicine physician or Radiologist.

Key Qualifications:

Requires diploma from a Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) and/or Radiological program ARRT(R) approved by JCERT.
AART(N) or CNMT Certification.
CT Certification required.
NYS License required.
Dual License (RT) in PET and CT required. Must have a radiography XR license or eligible.
Graduate of approved radiography program.
3+ years experience preferred. Will consider outstanding recent graduates.
Academic Hospital Setting Experience Preferred.
GE PET/CT a plus.
