ResponsibilitiesClinical Care &amp; Assessment<ul><li>Conduct nursing assessments, evaluate high-risk indicators, and document findings accurately and promptly.</li><li>Provide direct medical evaluation and intervention as needed, maintaining a calm and professional presence.</li><li>Complete individualized nursing care plans for each patient admission.</li><li>Participate in and support medical discharge planning beginning at intake.</li></ul>Medication Management<ul><li>Administer and manage medications with accuracy, including during shift handoffs.</li><li>Collaborate with pharmacy and medical providers to ensure correct medication orders and MAR reconciliation.</li><li>Monitor for medication side effects or adverse reactions and intervene appropriately.</li></ul>Collaboration &amp;
