The VNA of Albany is a Medicare and Medicaid certified non-for-profit home health care agency, governed by a board of directors composed of community members. The agency provides skilled nursing, rehabilitation services, and medical social work to residents in 11 counties of Northeastern New York. The VNA of Albany makes home care visits to over 3,000 patients each year. 

We are proud to be New York State’s oldest provider of home health care services and the fifth oldest home health agency in the United States. VNA holds a 4-star rating in both Patient Satisfaction and Quality of Care, thanks to our amazing team of skilled professionals who are dedicated to delivering quality care to the community we serve.
