Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in a full-time capacity. This position relies on a combination of 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts to fulfill a 40-hour work week, with shifts occurring during the day and evening. The role may require participation in on-call duties and weekend shifts as necessary.

Shift Options

• Monday to Friday with the following shift options:
  • 06:30 AM - 05:00 PM
  • 06:30 AM - 07:00 PM
  • 10:30 AM - 08:30 PM
• Combination of:
  • Four 10-hour shifts (4x10s)
  • Five 8-hour shifts (5x8s)
  • Two 8-hour shifts and two 12-hour shifts (2x8s + 2x12s)

Call Responsibilities

Staff will typically sign up for call during a 2-4 week schedule period. Call hours may include:

• Evening: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Night: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
• Weekend: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of nursing experience is required.
• BCLS certification is required.
• Circulating and scrubbing experience is preferred.
• EPIC experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care while adhering to established standards and practices.
• Assist with circulating and scrubbing duties as necessary within the operating room.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using EPIC electronic health records.
• Collaborate effectively with other members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

• WMC Monthly Permit — Provides 24/7 access to designated garages.
• WB Annual Permit — Offers access during weekends and holidays with shuttle service.
• CXS Annual Permit — Grants access to multiple parking locations throughout the region.
