Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Neuro Telemetry Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong neurology experience and a commitment to patient-centered care.
Position Details
- Work Schedule: Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (19:00 - 07:00)
- Weekend Requirements: Yes, every other weekend
- Floating: Position will float between units
- Expected Ratios: 1:5
- Block Scheduling: Not required
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive care for patients with a variety of neurological diagnoses.
- Utilize the NIH stroke scale proficiently in assessing patient conditions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
- Minimum of 6 months of neuro experience is required.
- Experience in a telemetry setting is preferred.
- Ability to effectively use electronic health record systems (Epic experience preferred).
