Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Cath Lab Technologist with extensive experience in catheterization laboratory procedures. The ideal candidate must be proficient in the operation of the C-Arm machine and routine lead maintenance, as well as certified in fluoroscopy.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in catheterization procedures and percutaneous coronary interventions (PCIs).
• Insert and manage devices such as Impella and balloon pumps.
• Scrub in on interventional radiology procedures including nephrostomy tube insertion, PICC insertion, permacath insertion, pacemaker insertion, and cerebral thrombectomy.

Qualifications

• Must possess relevant Cath Lab experience.
• Certification in working with fluoroscopy is required.
• Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) credentials are preferred.

Health and Background Requirements

• COVID-19 vaccination required prior to onboarding.
• Proof of recent vaccinations (MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza, Varicella, Tdap) and a negative TB test are necessary.
• Completion of a physical health statement and a drug screening are mandatory.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license or state ID is required.
• Must pass a criminal background check and employment eligibility verification.

Schedule and Availability

The role requires availability to provide call coverage on weekends and must be able to respond to pages within 30 minutes.
