Description
Position Overview
We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for a busy Neuro ICU. Candidates must be trained in Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT) and must possess a strong background in critical care.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Neuro ICU setting.
- Monitor patient conditions and administer treatments and medications as prescribed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care plans.
- Document all nursing assessments, interventions, and patient progress in the electronic health record system.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of acute care nursing experience, preferably in a Neuro ICU or similar environment.
- CRRT training is required.
- Experience with EPIC electronic health records is mandatory.
- Flexibility with scheduling is essential, including weekends and open availability for floating to different units as needed.
Additional Information
Successful candidates have previously worked in high-volume, Level 1 trauma settings and are familiar with fast-paced environments. Daily parking is available with multiple on/off campus garage options for employees.
