Description

Trauma Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a skilled Trauma Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background and be proficient in utilizing EPIC charting systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality patient care to trauma patients in a fast-paced environment.
  • Assess patient needs, develop individualized care plans, and implement interventions.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive treatment and recovery for trauma patients.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to any changes in their condition promptly.
  • Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans, medications, and post-discharge care.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care activities using EPIC.

Qualifications

  • Current RN license in the state of employment.
  • BSN preferred.
  • Previous experience in trauma nursing or critical care preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of emergency medical procedures and protocols.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
