Description

Join our dedicated team at WCS Healthcare Partners in Boston, MA, where you’ll have the opportunity to provide exceptional care to mothers and newborns in a state-of-the-art Labor & Delivery Unit. We are looking for experienced and compassionate RNs who are ready to make a difference in the lives of families.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive care to mothers and newborns during labor, delivery, and postpartum stages.
Monitor and assess patient conditions, ensuring optimal care and comfort.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a safe and supportive birthing environment.
Educate and support families throughout the childbirth process.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Labor & Delivery and Postpartum care.
Current Massachusetts RN License.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
Proficiency in EPIC or similar EMR/charting systems.

Shift Information

Rotate between 7:00am–7:30pm, 11:00am–11:30pm, and 7:00pm–7:30am.
Every other weekend (EOW) required.
Day Rotate position with rotation to evenings and nights as needed.
