Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with expertise in Labor and Delivery to provide exceptional care in our state-of-the-art facility. Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive care to mothers and newborns in the Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) unit.
- Assist with vaginal deliveries and cesarean sections, ensuring the safety and comfort of patients.
- Administer medications, including anticoagulation therapy, antihypertensives, and antiseizure medications.
- Monitor fetal heart rates and manage labor progression.
- Provide breastfeeding support and education to new mothers.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Epic charting system.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery.
- Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications (AHA or ARC only).
- Experience with Epic charting system is required.
- Travel experience and previous charge experience are preferred.
- Community hospital experience is required.
