Responsibilities

• Provide pre and post-procedural care for patients in the heart/vascular lab, cath lab, and structural heart unit.
• Manage patient recovery with a focus on cardiac telemetry and dysrhythmia management.
• Administer and monitor arterial lines, central lines, and various cardiac drips.
• Perform blood product administration and phlebotomy as required.
• Utilize Epic charting system for accurate and efficient patient documentation.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with preference for cardiac ICU and pre/post procedural experience.
• Current and valid Massachusetts RN license.
• Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) are mandatory.
• Proficiency in managing arterial lines, cardiac telemetry, and non-invasive airway management.
• Experience with Epic charting system is preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including 8 or 12-hour shifts, Monday through Friday.
