Join our dedicated team in Boston, MA, as a Registered Nurse in the Labor & Delivery unit. Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care to expectant mothers and newborns in the Labor & Delivery unit.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe and effective patient care.
Perform assessments, develop care plans, and implement interventions as needed.
Assist in labor and delivery procedures, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and guidelines.
Educate patients and their families on postnatal care and breastfeeding support.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and professional development activities.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Labor & Delivery nursing.
Active RN license in the state of Massachusetts.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required.
Ability to work Day/Night rotation, every other weekend, and every other holiday.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
