Summary

Join our dedicated team at WCS Healthcare Partners as a Registered Nurse in the Birthing Unit located in South Weymouth, MA. We are seeking compassionate and experienced professionals to provide exceptional care to mothers and newborns during one of the most important moments in their lives. Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive care to mothers and newborns during labor and delivery.
Monitor and assess patient conditions, ensuring safety and comfort.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Educate patients and families on postpartum care and newborn health.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in labor and delivery required.
Must have circulating experience.
Required Certifications:
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
- Recent EFM (Electronic Fetal Monitoring) – Intermediate level minimum required
Preferred Certifications (Not Required):
- ALSO (Advanced Life Support for Obstetrics)
- Perinatal NCC Certifications:
  - Maternal Newborn Nursing – Level I
  - Postpartum or Inpatient Obstetric Nursing – Labor and Birth
- First Latch (Breastfeeding Certification)
