Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care to patients in the emergency room setting.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient vitals and provide timely interventions as needed.
• Document patient interactions accurately and promptly using the Epic charting system.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by following procedures, rules, and regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an emergency room setting.
• Active state license(s) and all required certifications, including BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
• Experience with both adult and pediatric patients.
• Proficiency in using the Epic charting system is preferred.
• Ability to pass a dysrhythmia test within 72 hours of signing the contract.
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccines required, with medical/religious exemptions only.
• Must be willing to float within designated hospitals based on staffing needs.
