Summary

Join WCS Healthcare Partners as a Registered Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) in Boston, MA. This position offers a dynamic and challenging environment in a Level III Trauma Center, perfect for experienced ICU nurses looking to make a difference in patient care. Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in a 20-bed Medical/Surgical ICU.
Monitor and interpret telemetry readings and respond to changes in patient conditions.
Collaborate with attendings and residents present in the ICU 24 hours/day.
Float to Medical/Surgical Units as needed, managing up to 4 or 5 patients when floated.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation using the EPIC EMR system.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of Adult ICU experience required.
2 years of continuous work experience in one location, preferably a MICU.
Must be able to read Tele Strips and demonstrate telemetry competency.
Active Massachusetts RN License.
American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
