Registered Nurse - Operating Room

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to patients undergoing surgical procedures with a focus on knee and hip replacements, spine, hand, and foot surgeries.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure a safe and efficient operating room environment.
• Perform circulating and scrub duties as required.
• Participate in the weekend and call rotation with full-time and part-time staff.
• Float among five designated hospitals based on staffing needs: Voorhees, Marlton, Mt. Holly, Willingboro, and OLOL.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of specialty experience in the operating room, with recent experience within the last 12 months.
• BLS certification required; ACLS and NRP are also required.
• Experience with orthopedic and spinal surgeries, including procedures such as ALIF, anterior cervical fusion, ACL reconstruction, and more.
• Proficiency in using the Mako Surgical System and conducting orthopedic robotic surgeries.
• COVID-19 and flu vaccines are required, with medical or religious exemptions only.
• Active state license(s) and all required certifications must be in hand at submission.
