Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care to neonates in the NICU.
- Monitor and assess the health of newborns, implementing appropriate interventions as necessary.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate and support families regarding their infant's condition and care requirements.
- Maintain accurate and thorough patient records.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a NICU setting.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
- Flexibility to work 4 weekend shifts per 4-week period.
