Summary

WCS Healthcare Partners is offering an excellent contract opportunity for an experienced Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse in Boston, MA. Join a top-tier clinical team in a fast-paced acute care environment and advance your career with a highly respected hospital.

Responsibilities

Administer prescribed medications (oral, subcutaneous, IV) and accurately document all treatments.
Monitor patients for adverse reactions and report findings per facility policy.
Educate patients on surgical procedures and post-operative expectations.
Record patient medical histories, vital signs, and clinical assessments.
Operate, monitor, and adjust specialized patient-care equipment; interpret and document electronic data.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.

Requirements

Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
Active State RN License.
Minimum 2 years of acute Med/Surg experience.
BLS & ACLS certifications through the American Heart Association.
Strong communication, assessment, and customer-service skills.
