Summary

Join our dedicated team at WCS Healthcare Partners in Boston, MA, where you will play a crucial role in providing specialized care to newborns in our Level 2B Special Care Nursery. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced RNs to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive care to newborns in a 25-bed unit that includes labor and delivery (L&D), postpartum (PP), and neonatal care.
Manage patient care with a clinician-to-patient ratio of 1:2–3 for evaluations and 1:1 for active labor, magnesium GTT, or epidural cases.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care for mothers and babies.
Utilize the EPIC electronic medical record system for accurate and timely documentation.
Participate in rotating shifts, including days, evenings, and nights, with every other weekend required.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of NICU experience required.
3 years of experience in a single location and 2 years as a traveler preferred.
Current AHA BLS and NRP certifications required.
Strong skills in special care nursery and newborn care.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a diverse patient population.
