WCS Healthcare Partners is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care in a dynamic and supportive environment. Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to pediatric patients with behavioral health needs in the Emergency Department or inpatient settings.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medications, and coping strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.
  • Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Pediatric Behavioral Health in an ED or inpatient setting.
  • State Nursing License.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-stress environment.
