Summary

Join our dedicated team at WCS Healthcare Partners in Boston, MA, as part of the Special Care Nursery unit. We are seeking experienced registered nurses to provide exceptional care to newborns and their families. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a team of healthcare professionals committed to excellence.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care to newborns in the Special Care Nursery.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Monitor and assess the health status of patients, ensuring timely interventions when necessary.
Educate and support families regarding newborn care and health management.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using the EPIC charting system.
Participate in rotating shifts, including days, evenings, and nights, with every other weekend required.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of NICU experience required.
3 years of experience working in one location preferred; 2 years as a Traveler is a plus.
Proficient in Special Care Nursery and Newborn Care.
Current AHA BLS and NRP certifications required.
Ability to work rotating shifts (7a–7p, 11a–11p, 7p–7a) with one night of call.
