Description

WCS Healthcare Partners is seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to provide exceptional home care services. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on patients' lives by delivering personalized care in their homes. Situated in the vibrant city of Newton, MA, this position allows you to work in a supportive community with access to a variety of resources and amenities.

Responsibilities

Provide physical therapy services to patients in their homes, addressing physical impairments, functional limitations, or disabilities due to injury, disease, or other causes.
Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and other allied health professionals to identify patient needs and coordinate services.
Utilize thorough and timely electronic documentation and interdisciplinary communications in accordance with agency policies and procedures.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist, with at least 1 year of traveler experience and 1 year in home care.
Valid Physical Therapist professional license in Massachusetts.
Ability to travel to assigned cases within the service area.
Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications required.
