Join our dynamic Emergency Department team as a Registered Nurse (RN) at WCS Healthcare Partners. We are seeking experienced professionals to deliver exceptional care in a fast-paced, state-of-the-art facility. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in an environment equipped with advanced diagnostic technology and a dedicated pediatric emergency department.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department, ensuring high-quality care for adults and geriatrics with various emergency diagnoses.
• Manage and interpret cardiac monitoring and dysrhythmias.
• Administer IV therapy, including blood products and vasopressors, and manage central lines.
• Perform triage and prioritize patient care based on clinical assessments.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including IV Teams, Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, and more, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Utilize EPIC charting system for accurate documentation and patient record management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Emergency Department setting.
• Active New York Single State RN license.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS.
• Proficiency in EPIC charting system.
• Strong clinical skills in IV therapy, ventilator management, and emergency care.
• Ability to handle high-stress situations and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
