Description

Join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals at WCS Healthcare Partners in Lawrence, MA. We are seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses for our Labor & Delivery unit. This role offers the opportunity to provide exceptional care to expectant mothers and newborns in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to laboring mothers and newborns.
  • Monitor and assess the health status of patients during labor and delivery.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Educate and support patients and families throughout the childbirth process.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Labor & Delivery or a similar unit.
  • Current RN license in the state of Massachusetts.
  • BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
