Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive care to patients in the Labor & Delivery unit.
- Monitor and document patient progress and respond to any changes in condition.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for mothers and newborns.
- Educate patients and their families about the birthing process and postnatal care.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Labor & Delivery nursing.
- Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications.
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work day shifts from 7a–7p.
