Role Responsibilities

  • Assume responsibility for assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis and at the unit level
  • Responsible for supervision of staff to which appropriate care is delegated
  • Accountable to support the facility CNO to ensure high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care
  • Ensure competency of clinical staff and appropriate resource management related to patient care

Position Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an Emergency Department setting
  • BLS, ACLS, NRP certifications required
