Role Responsibilities
- Assume responsibility for assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis and at the unit level
- Responsible for supervision of staff to which appropriate care is delegated
- Accountable to support the facility CNO to ensure high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care
- Ensure competency of clinical staff and appropriate resource management related to patient care
Position Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an Emergency Department setting
- BLS, ACLS, NRP certifications required
