Description
WCS Healthcare Partners is seeking dedicated and skilled RNs to join our Operating Room team in the vibrant community of Andover, MA. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you can make a significant impact on patient care.
Responsibilities
- Perform patient care functions as approved by the State of Maine Board of Nursing and WCS Healthcare Partners policies and procedures.
- Work under the supervision of the Unit Director and receive direct supervision from the Clinical Leader/Charge Nurse during assigned shifts.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Maintain a safe and sterile environment in the operating room.
Requirements
- Current Maine RN license
- BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required within 30 days of hire
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with telemetry experience preferred
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Must be fully vaccinated from COVID (Per State Mandate)
- Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task
- Flexibility with working hours
