Join our dedicated team at WCS Healthcare Partners in Livingston, NJ, where you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional care to neonates and infants in a dynamic and supportive environment. Our facility is a Regional Perinatal Center with a 56-bed Level III NICU, offering comprehensive care to over 1,200 premature and ill newborns annually. This role is perfect for experienced nurses looking to make a significant impact in neonatal and pediatric care.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to neonates, infants, and pediatric patients.
• Manage and interpret dysrhythmia, ventilators, and respiratory support systems.
• Administer IV therapy, including vasopressors, steroids, and surfactants.
• Manage central lines, A-lines, and UAC/UVC lines.
• Conduct feedings and manage oral, nasogastric, and nasojejunal tubes.
• Care for patients with Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome.
• Float to PICU, Peds, and NBN as needed, adapting to varying patient ratios and acuity levels.
• Document patient care using EPIC charting system.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in NICU Level III and PICU settings.
• Active NJ or Compact nursing license.
• BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required.
• Experience with EPIC charting system.
• Flexibility to work every other weekend and some holidays as per unit needs.
• Ability to float to different units and adapt to various patient care requirements.
