Description
Position Details
- Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (12-hour shifts)
- Department: Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
Additional Details
- Floating within NICU departments as required
- 3 years of NICU experience required
- Experience with neonatal care and advanced life support
- Proficiency in electronic health records and patient monitoring systems
- Certifications: BLS, NRP
- Schedule: 3 x 12-hour shifts — 36 hours per week

- Certifications: ACLS, NRP
Required Skills
- Neonatal resuscitation and stabilization
- Ventilator management
- Intravenous and enteral feeding
- Monitoring of vital signs and oxygen therapy
- Patient and family education
- Medication administration and reconciliation
- Recognize signs of neonatal distress
- Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
Staffing & Scheduling
- Float Required: May need to assist in other NICU areas
