Description

Join WCS Healthcare Partners for an exciting contract opportunity as a Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse in Concord, MA. Job Responsibilities

  • Administer prescribed medications (oral, subcutaneous, IV) and accurately document all treatments.
  • Monitor patients for adverse reactions and report findings per facility policy.
  • Educate patients on surgical procedures and post-operative expectations.
  • Record patient medical histories, vital signs, and clinical assessments.
  • Operate, monitor, and adjust specialized patient-care equipment; interpret and document electronic data.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.

Job Requirements

  • Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
  • Active State RN License.
  • Minimum 2 years of acute Med/Surg experience.
  • BLS & ACLS certifications through the American Heart Association.
  • Strong communication, assessment, and customer-service skills.
  • Telemetry experience required.
  • Meditech experience highly preferred.
  • 3 years of MS/tele experience in an acute care facility.
  • MA RN License required.
