Description

Join WCS Healthcare Partners in an exciting opportunity located in Winchester, MA. We are seeking dedicated and experienced professionals to be part of a top-tier clinical team in a fast-paced acute care environment. Responsibilities:

Administer prescribed medications (oral, subcutaneous, IV) and accurately document all treatments.
Monitor patients for adverse reactions and report findings per facility policy.
Educate patients on surgical procedures and post-operative expectations.
Record patient medical histories, vital signs, and clinical assessments.
Operate, monitor, and adjust specialized patient-care equipment; interpret and document electronic data.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.

Requirements:

Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
Active State RN License.
Minimum 2 years of acute Med/Surg experience.
BLS & ACLS certifications through the American Heart Association.
Strong communication, assessment, and customer-service skills.
Must have Epic experience.
Must have previous travel experience.
