Description

Join our dynamic team in Nashville, TN, as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Operating Room. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing critical care to patients undergoing surgical procedures. WCS Healthcare Partners is seeking dedicated and skilled professionals to enhance patient outcomes and ensure the highest standards of care.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures.
Collaborate with surgical team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to any changes in condition.
Maintain a sterile environment in the operating room.
Document patient care and communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in an Operating Room setting.
Active RN license.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
