Description
Join our dedicated team at WCS Healthcare Partners in Nashville, TN, where we are committed to providing exceptional care in our state-of-the-art Operating Room. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse with expertise in Women's and Robotics surgery to deliver outstanding patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles in the Operating Room.
- Assist in surgical procedures, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are available and functioning properly.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to any changes in patient condition during surgical procedures.
- Collaborate with the surgical team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families about surgical procedures and postoperative care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Operating Room setting.
- Current RN license with Nursys verification.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required.
- Experience with Women's and Robotics surgery is mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
