Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory care services to patients in the NICU and support the NICU Transport team.
- Perform assessments and develop treatment plans for patients requiring respiratory therapy.
- Operate and maintain respiratory equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on respiratory care procedures and equipment.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist.
- Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications.
- Valid state license or certification in respiratory therapy.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
