Description
Join our dedicated team at WCS Healthcare Partners in Atlanta, GA, where you will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a vital member of the Operating Room team, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional care to patients in a Level 1 trauma center.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles.
- Assist in surgical operations, ensuring a sterile environment and proper handling of instruments.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to changes in patient condition.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an Operating Room setting.
- BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required.
- Previous travel experience required.
- Level 1 trauma experience required.
- High rating on skills checklist required, including neuro and vascular.
- Must be competent in Outlook, Workday, and Shift Wizard.
- Must have personal electronics capable of accessing these applications.
