Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care to critically ill patients in the ICU, Intermediate unit, and Medical-Surgical units as needed.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to create and implement patient care plans.
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and maintain accurate patient records.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
- Participate in rotating weekends and holidays schedule.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in Emergency Department (ED) and/or Intensive Care Unit (ICU) nursing.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Experience with EPIC electronic health records system.
- Flu and Covid vaccinations or approved medical/religious exemptions.
- NIH Stroke Scale certification.
