Description

Join WCS Healthcare Partners as a Registered Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit in the vibrant city of Boston, MA. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a Level III Trauma Center, providing care to a diverse patient population in a dynamic and supportive environment. Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care to adult patients in the Medical/Surgical Intensive Care Unit (MICU).
Monitor and interpret telemetry readings accurately.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including attendings and residents present 24/7.
Float to Medical/Surgical Units as required, managing up to 4 or 5 patients.
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation using the EPIC EMR system.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of continuous MICU experience.
Active Massachusetts RN License.
Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications.
Competency in reading and interpreting telemetry strips.
Ability to manage a 1:2 or 1:1 RN to patient ratio with high acuity patients.
