Join our dynamic team as a Registered Nurse in the Operating Room at WCS Healthcare Partners located in York, PA. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing critical care in a Level I Trauma Center. Responsibilities

• Provide pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care to patients undergoing surgical procedures.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure a safe and efficient environment for patients and staff.
• Assist in scrubbing and circulating duties, ensuring proficiency with the Da Vinci Xi and DV5 robotic systems.
• Manage patient care in a variety of specialties including robotics, orthopedics, general surgery, gynecology, urology, bariatrics, ENT, plastics, vascular, and thoracic (excluding cardiac and open heart).
• Maintain compliance with all hospital policies and procedures, including infection control and safety protocols.
• Participate in on-call rotations and provide weekend and holiday coverage as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in an Operating Room setting.
• Level I Trauma experience required; Level II Trauma experience is a minimum requirement.
• Previous travel experience preferred.
• Proficiency in using the Da Vinci Xi and DV5 robotic systems.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required.
• Ability to function independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to provide care for COVID-19 patients.
• Compliance with tobacco and fragrance-free facility policies.
