We are seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses to deliver exceptional care in our Emergency Department. Responsibilities

• Apply nursing theory, technical skills, and communication skills to deliver high-quality compassionate care to patients and families.
• Assess patient needs, identify urgent or emergent care priorities, and collaboratively provide direct care and appropriate interventions.
• Utilize invasive and non-invasive procedures, treatments, and therapeutic interventions to manage life-threatening and routine emergency situations.
• Connect with patients and families during triage, establish rapport, and provide frequent updates.
• Conduct primary and secondary assessments of patients, document findings, and identify necessary interventions.
• Encourage and build mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members to achieve the best possible patient outcomes.
• Prepare patients and families for diagnostic procedures and treatments, and make appropriate referrals for post-emergency care.
• Educate patients and families on continuing care and healing at home, tailoring sessions to maximize understanding.
• Maintain awareness of the patient's condition throughout the ER visit and update patient communication boards accordingly.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Emergency Department setting.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications are required.
• Strong skills in assessing physiological, psychosocial, emotional, and cultural needs of patients and families.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and team members.
