Description
Our client, a highly respected hospital, is looking for a Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse to start right away. Located in the charming town of Concord, MA, this position offers an excellent chance to advance your career in a dynamic acute care environment.
Responsibilities
- Administer and document prescribed medications and treatments.
- Monitor patients for adverse reactions and report findings.
- Educate patients on surgical procedures and post-operative care.
- Record patient medical histories and vital signs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for high-quality patient care.
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing or BSN.
- Active State RN License with a minimum of 2 years of acute Med/Surg experience.
- BLS & ACLS certifications required; Telemetry & Meditech experience preferred.
