Description

WCS Healthcare is currently seeking a CVICU Nurse for a contract assignment at a prestigious hospital in Morristown, NJ. Travelers can earn up to $2,196 per week for this role.

Job Function:

Night Shift.
3x12: 7pm-7am.
Provide specialized nursing care to patients in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU).
Monitor and manage patients with critical cardiac conditions, including post-operative cardiac surgery patients.
Administer medications, infusions, and other prescribed treatments while maintaining accurate records.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Assess and respond promptly to changes in patients’ conditions to ensure optimal outcomes.

Job Requirements:

Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN).
Current RN license for the state of New Jersey.
2 years of acute care experience in this specialty.
BLS & ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association are required.
