Description

WCS Healthcare is currently seeking an Interventional Radiology Technologist for a contract assignment at a Prestigious Hospital in Concord, MA.

Job Function:

Day Shift.
7:30am to 4pm.
Perform and assist with interventional radiology procedures including angiography, biopsies, drain placements, vascular access, and image-guided interventions.
Operate fluoroscopy units, CT scanners, ultrasound equipment, and other IR imaging technologies safely and effectively.
Prepare procedure rooms and ensure all necessary supplies, equipment, and sterile instruments are available and functioning.
Assist physicians during interventional procedures by managing imaging, monitoring patient status, and ensuring procedural efficiency.
Administer contrast materials under proper supervision and monitor patients for any adverse reactions.

Job Requirements:

2 years of experience.
BLS.
Massachusetts Radiologic Technologists License.
Preferred: Interventional vascular certification by ARRT.
Graduate of recognized, approved American Medical Association.
