WCS Healthcare is currently seeking a Radiology Technologist for an ongoing contract assignment at an Ambulatory Surgery Center in Lakewood, NJ.

Job Function:

• Day Shift.
• 7am - 5pm.

• Position patients and adjust equipment to capture diagnostic images as requested by the physician.

• Set up, operate, and maintain X-ray equipment in accordance with established policies and procedures.

• Explain imaging procedures clearly and compassionately to patients to ensure comfort and cooperation.

• Minimize radiation exposure to patients and staff by following proper radiation safety protocols.

• Review and evaluate developed X-rays for quality and accuracy before submission.

• Ensure proper documentation and labeling of images and patient information.

• Maintain cleanliness, functionality, and safety standards of all imaging equipment.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited radiology program.
• ARRT registered with Radiography (R) certification.
• 6 months of paid working experience as a Radiologic Technologist.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Valid driver's license.
• New Jersey Radiologic Technologist State Certificate.
