Description

WCS Healthcare is currently seeking a radiology technologist for a 13-week contract assignment at Prestigious Hospital in Patterson, NJ.

Job Function:

Day Shift.
3x12.
Position patient and adjust equipment to obtain images as requested by the physician.
Set up, operate, and maintain x-ray equipment according to policy and procedure.
Ability to explain procedures to patients.
Minimize radiation to patient and staff by practicing radiation protection techniques.

Job Requirements:

Maintains current certification/licensure as required for position.
Maintains adequate contrast media and biopsy/drainage supplies in each scanning room.
2 year of CT Tech experience.
BLS from the American Heart Association required.
