Description
WCS Healthcare is urgently seeking an inpatient registered pharmacist for a prestigious health system located in PA.
Job Function:
- Day Shift, Evening Shift and Night Shift.
- 4x10: 7:30am - 4pm./3:30pm-11:30pm/ 10pm-8am.
Prepare and dispense medications accurately and in a timely manner.
Provide pharmacological information and support to the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Monitor patient drug therapies and recommend adjustments based on clinical guidelines and patient-specific factors.
Resolve questions related to formulary and non-formulary medications in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Offer dosing and therapeutic recommendations that reflect patient age and pharmacokinetic considerations.
Job Requirements:
- 2 years of Inpatient exp. required.
- NYS Licensed.
- EPIC and Pyxis experience required.
