WCS Healthcare is currently seeking an Outpatient Registered Nurse for a contract assignment at a Prestigious Outpatient Clinic in Cheektowaga, NY.

Job Function:  

• Day Shift.
• 8am to 4:00pm.
• Provides direct patient care in an outpatient/ambulatory setting, following established clinical protocols and physician orders.  
• Prepares patients for examinations and procedures; obtains and documents vital signs, medical history, and chief complaints.  
• Administers medications and injections, performs wound care, and assists with diagnostic testing as required.  
• Triages patient calls and walk-ins, identifying urgency and coordinating timely follow-up care.  
• Educates patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and follow-up instructions.  
• Collaborates with physicians, advanced practice providers, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.  

Job Requirements:  

• EPIC experience Required.
• BLS and ACLS Required.
• NYS License.
• 2+ years of experience.
