WCS Healthcare Partners is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, direct care to medically fragile children in foster care, based in the Bronx, NY.

Job Function:

• Day Shift.
• 9:00 AM–5:00 PM or 8:30 AM–4:30 PM.

• Conduct monthly home visits and accompany children to specialty medical appointments as needed.

• Provide medical oversight for foster youth with complex medical conditions.

• Communicate with foster parents, biological families, healthcare providers, and ACS.

• Participate in ER visits, hospitalizations, and other community-based appointments.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory documentation and maintain accurate medical records.

• Train foster and biological parents on medication administration, equipment use, and health practices.

• Lead workshops for staff on pediatric medical care topics.

Job Requirements:

• Active NYS Registered Nurse license.

• 1–2+ years of RN experience (new graduates not eligible).

• Pediatric home health and/or foster care experience.

• Experience with medically fragile or high-acuity pediatric populations strongly preferred.

• Associate Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.

• Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred.
