WCS Healthcare is currently seeking a Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse for a contract assignment at a Prestigious Hospital in Cooperstown, NY.

Job Function:

• Night Shift.
• 7pm to 7am.

• Provides direct nursing care to adult patients on a Medical/Surgical Telemetry unit.

• Monitors, interprets, and documents cardiac rhythms; reports abnormalities per unit protocol.

• Prepares and administers medications (oral, IV, subcutaneous) and documents all treatments accurately.

• Performs comprehensive patient assessments and updates care plans based on patient condition.

• Responds quickly to changes in patient status using strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Collaborates with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning.

Job Requirements:

• 2 years of experience.
• NYS License.
• BLS & ACLS.
